  Alicia and Justin's Elegant Country themed wedding along the countryside of NY took place in a beautiful woodsy setting decorated in sunflowers and antiques. The Maid of Honor was dressed in a beautiful navy blue strapless gown, while the best man wore a black suit, with white vest and tie. Alicia's bouquet carried the Sunflower theme with beautiful sunflowers and roses. The guests enjoyed a relaxed setting, complete with hay bales decorated with blankets, handmade pillows and candlelit arrangements.Every corner displayed great detail in the vintage country theme. A little bit of Magic and a whole lot of patience is required for Newbie Shoots. This lil girl gave us a delightful 2 1/2 hour shoot to capture images such as this.  It is best to have mommy feed, change and get baby ready prior to their arrival.  This way, baby will be content and sleepy when she arrives for her big photoshoot.

Cake Smash Sessions are becoming one of my favorites!  Little Girl "B" already had a practice session at home with her Birthday Cake during her family party.  So when it was time to arrive in studio, she knew exactly what to do.  It took no time for her to dive right in and begin to enjoy the layers of frosting and sugary cakey goodness.

     Searching for an experienced photographer that matches your personal style is a must do for wedding planning.  In addition to that, in this day of portrait sharing and a multitude of creative ideas floating around on sites like Pinterest, it is also a great idea to plan out your portrait session.  My suggestion to the bride and groom is that, when you take so much time to perfect all of your details such as your dress, style of hair, food... etc.  Why not take the same amount of time to perfect your portrait session.  Yes, of course, your photographer will have many ideas for posing during your portrait time, but creating a folder for them full ...
